I don’t know, but it is simply a way to create backlinks to your landing page and takes quite a bit of work to set up. You are probably better off using Linkvana or one of the backlink services.
Yes I agree with Daniel K, Linkvana works well but you need to post unique and worthwhile articles to get backlinks.
