Make sure to answer all questions that the customer might have, and if you can’t answer the question find someone who can. This will show that you care about what the customer has asked and want to find the correct answer. Talk to the customer about the product that they have chosen, and if you think you can sell something better than suggest it to them at this time.
Next close the deal by saying, are you all finished, or do you want to check out. Then finish the transaction and say, have a good day, to your customer. This will help supply chain visibility because more people will come in the store if you have great customer service. Also advertising your company will help you get the word out about the products that you sell. If you follow these simple sales process steps then you can be sure that you have serviced your customers to the best of your ability, and be happy that you have finished a sale for the company.
